How do I create an account?

Creating an account is easy! Click the "Account" icon in the top right corner, then select "Create Account." Fill in your information, and you'll be all set. Account holders enjoy faster checkout, order tracking, and access to your order history and wishlist.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

No problem! Click "Account" and then "Forgot Password?" Enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in that email to create a new password. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.

How do I update my account information?

Once logged in, go to your Account Dashboard. From there, you can edit your profile information, change your password, update saved addresses, and manage your email preferences. All changes are saved immediately.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can request account deletion by contacting our customer service team. Please note that order history and other transactional data may be retained for legal and business purposes, but your personal information will be removed from our active systems.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom items require additional production time (2-3 weeks). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for non-custom items. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

For custom items, please see our satisfaction guarantee. Contact us within 7 days of receipt if you encounter any issues.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log into your account and go to Order History
  2. Select the order and item you wish to return
  3. Follow the return instructions
  4. Ship the item back using the provided label

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. Funds will be credited to your original payment method. You'll receive email confirmation at each step.
